The Team Parent serves as the key liaison between the coaching staff (Coach Kaehn/Mrs. Kaehn), the TD Club, and the families on their team. This role includes helping communicate important updates, coordinating team events or needs, and supporting fundraising or volunteer efforts. The Team Parent plays a vital role in keeping everyone informed, organized, and connected throughout the season.
The Senior Parent plays a special role in supporting and celebrating the senior class throughout the season. They act as a liaison between the TD Club, Coach Kaehn/Mrs. Kaehn, and senior families to coordinate senior-specific events, spirit activities, and end-of-season recognitions. This role ensures our seniors feel honored and supported during their final season and helps create memorable experiences for players and families alike.
Varsity Dinner Volunteers help organize and serve weekly team meals for our varsity players, typically held the night before game day. Working closely with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn, these volunteers coordinate food donations, set-up, clean-up, and ensure players are well-fed and team spirit stays high. This role plays an important part in building community and fueling our athletes for success.
The Spirit Committee is all about boosting team morale and creating a fun, energetic atmosphere for players, families, and fans. Members help plan and execute spirit events, decorate locker rooms, coordinate themed game days, and assist with special celebrations like Homecoming or Senior Night. Working alongside the TD Club and Coach Kaehn, the Spirit Committee ensures our Falcon pride shines all season long.
Game Day Meals Volunteers help ensure our players are fueled and ready by coordinating pre-game meals on game days. This includes organizing food donations or catering, setting up and serving meals, and managing clean-up. Working in partnership with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn, these volunteers play a key role in supporting the team’s nutrition and energy for optimal performance on the field.
The Homecoming Committee helps plan and coordinate all football-related activities tied to Homecoming Week. This includes organizing team spirit events, decorating, supporting any parade or pep rally participation, and assisting with the Homecoming game-day experience. Working closely with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn, the committee ensures this special week is filled with school pride, fun, and memorable moments for players and families.
The Golf Outing Committee plans and executes the TD Club’s annual golf tournament fundraiser. Responsibilities include securing the venue, recruiting sponsors and players, coordinating raffle or auction items, and managing event logistics. Working in collaboration with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn/Mrs. Kaehn, this committee plays a key role in raising essential funds while bringing the community together for a fun and impactful event.
The Banquet Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating the end-of-season football banquet. Duties include securing a venue, organizing food and decor, creating programs or slideshows, and helping celebrate player achievements. Working closely with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn, this committee ensures the season ends on a high note with a meaningful and memorable event for players, coaches, and families.
The Inflatable Falcon Head Volunteers is responsible for transporting, setting up, and taking down the inflatable tunnel that the team runs through on game days. This includes arriving early to ensure it's properly inflated and ready for team entrance, as well as safely packing it up post-game. This role helps create an exciting game day atmosphere and supports team tradition, working closely with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn.
Concession Stand Volunteers help run the concession stand during home games by preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and keeping the area clean and stocked. This important role supports the game day experience for fans and raises valuable funds for the football program. Volunteers work in shifts and coordinate with the TD Club and Coach Kaehn to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.
